Return Policy
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. 
  • In order for a return to be reviewed and aproved, the product must be in the same condiciones as it was delivered. It must be in its original packaging, and must remain factory sealed.
  • Any return request must be backed up with the purchase invoice.
  • The request is to be submitted through the assign sales representative, and must be properly authorized. NO returns will be accepted if it does not go though the proper channels and procedures.

 

Claims 

  • Any claim must be managed by the assigned sales representative. And any calim, must be backed with pcitures showing the issue/defect, a picture of the lot number (label on boxes), invoice number and the claim quantity. If said claim requires further revision, the claimed materials will be collected for inspection by our Quality Assurance team.
  • If there is evidence of mistreatment or poor care by the customer, the claim will not be accepted.
